Customer satisfaction is our priority and we strive to ensure that all books are accurately described and securely packaged. Books sent within the UK are sent by first class mail or by Parcel Force48. Books sent overseas are sent by the Royal Mail print direct service. All books are insured in transit.

Book descriptions are as accurate as possible, but if you decide that a book is not as described, please contact TimKC Books so that we can arrange for it to be returned at our expense. If the book is damaged on arrival, a replacement will be arranged where possible. Books remain the property of the seller until paid for

Books are packed in boxes or stiff card envelopes which are included in the cost of postage. Books are sent at a flat rate; we do not charge extra for very heavy books but may reduce the rate for lighter books such as poetry or pamphlets. Books can be sent by a premium service on request. This is charged for at cost.

Prices are nett and are in pounds sterling. Within the UK payment can be made by most debit or credit cards, American Express or bank transfer. Overseas payment can be made by most credit cards or American Express. Other payment methods are available subject to additional charges.

Email catalogues (ecats) are regularly sent out. Should you wish to join our mailing list you may do so by completing the top form on the right and also put the tim@timkcbooks mail address into your address book.

TimKC Books exhibit at several PBFA Books Fairs and also attend major literary festivals.
