Customer satisfaction is our priority and we strive to ensure that all books are accurately described and securely packaged. Books sent within the UK are sent by first class mail or by Parcel Force. Books sent overseas are usually sent by the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All books are insured in transit.

Book descriptions are as accurate as possible, but if you decide that a book is not as described, please contact TimKC Books so that we can arrange for it to be returned. If the book is damaged on arrival, a replacement will be arranged where possible. Books remain the property of the seller until paid for

Prices are nett and are in pounds sterling. Within the UK payment can be made by most debit or credit cards, American Express or bank transfer. Overseas payment can be made by most credit cards or American Express. Other payment methods are available subject to additional charges.

Email catalogues (ecats) are regularly sent out. Should you wish to join our mailing list you may do so by completing the form at the bottom and also put the tim@timkcbooks mail address into your address book.

Packaging and insurance are included in the cost of postage.

Books are sent at a flat postage rate. We do not normally charge extra for very heavy books and the prices of  light books are held down to compensate.

Books can be sent by a premium service on request. This is charged for at cost.
